Schools Partnership Programme
Sussex Coast Schools Alliance initiated and led this project through the Education Development Trust. It is a peer review process involving high quality training with schools working together in small groups. The training has been for Headteachers but the real impact is with other senior leaders who have received training in facilitation skills enabling them to astutely plan and deliver improvement workshops in other schools.
All schools have reported on the benefits of working collaboratively and the learning that has come from that in enabling their own school to move forward.
