Early Professional Development
This programme is for colleagues in their second and third years of teaching. Aims of programme:
- To develop classroom practice
- To develop an understanding whole school strategy and your own role
- To learn key features of subject leadership and development
- To develop mentoring skills including giving feedback and working with other members of staff and parents
- To be aware of different types middle leadership roles and how to apply for leadership roles
The programme will be led by senior leaders from across the Teaching School Alliance.
