Good to Great Programme
This is a facilitated programme intended for consistently good teachers who have capacity to develop into great teachers and, in time, to model teaching and learning and develop others across the school. It may be particularly relevant to teachers in the early years of their career and for those colleagues wishing to develop further. It will also provide training for those colleagues in a coaching role.
This programme runs over two terms and most of the learning happens in the participants own school supported by a teacher coach in their school. It is designed to encourage participants to think deeply about their practice.
Schools can send any number of colleagues supported by one designated coach. We will also support training for coaches.
